The Tenmoku Black Japanese Tea Cup is a ceramic tea cup made in Japan, finished in the deep, speckled black Tenmoku glaze — a finish treasured in Japanese tea culture for centuries. The subtle brown feathered edging catches the light differently every time, making each cup quietly unique.
Handleless by design, it sits naturally in both palms — the traditional way to hold a Japanese tea cup. In Japan, this style is called 湯呀み (Yunomi) — a cup made for quiet, everyday tea drinking, held in both hands to feel the warmth.
