UK Delivery
We offer the following UK shipping options:
- Standard Tracked Delivery (2–3 working days) – £3.99
- Tracked 24 (Next Working Day) – £4.99
- Next Day Delivery (order before 1pm) – £8.99
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, with many orders shipped the same or next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
All UK orders are sent using tracked delivery services for added security and peace of mind.
Carefully Packed & Dispatched
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Extra protective packaging is used for ceramic and fragile items to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
European Delivery
- Tracked & Signed Delivery (5–10 working days, up to 2kg) – £15.99
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Customers in the European Union may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, or import charges before delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
International Delivery
- Tracked & Signed Delivery (5–10 working days, up to 2kg) – £23.99
Please note that all ceramic and fragile items are carefully packaged with additional protective materials. This may slightly increase parcel weight.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Weight & Larger Parcels
Shipping prices listed above apply to parcels up to 2kg (excluding UK deliveries).
For orders exceeding 2kg, including larger or multiple items, shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight, size, and destination.
We are happy to arrange delivery for larger parcels to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and many other international destinations.

Free Japanese-Style Gift Wrapping
Many of our products are eligible for complimentary Japanese-style gift wrapping upon request.
If you would like your order gift wrapped, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All UK and international orders are shipped using secure tracked delivery services.
