- Next Day Delivery (order before 1pm) – £8.99
Europe
- Tracked & Signed Delivery (5–10 working days, up to 2kg) – £15.99
International
- Tracked & Signed Delivery (5–10 working days, up to 2kg) – £23.99

Important Information
Our ceramic items are carefully packaged using extra protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping prices apply to parcels up to 2kg. For larger or heavier orders, we may contact you with a customised shipping quote before dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
UK & EU Customers
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at tokyogalleryinfo@gmail.com before returning your item.
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
UK Returns
Returns within the UK are completely free of charge.
We will provide a pre-paid return label, which includes the return address.
You can return your item even if you simply change your mind.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they wish to return an item that is not faulty.
If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
