Made in Japan from ceramic, this set carries the Seikaiha wave pattern — one of Japan's most beloved traditional motifs — rendered in deep indigo blue and white, edged in rich brown. Elegant without trying to be. Each set includes 2 oblong sushi plates (長皿 — Nagasara), 2 dipping dishes (小皿 — Kozara), 2 pairs of wooden chopsticks (お笸 — Ohashi), and free gift wrapping in traditional washi paper (和紙).

Seikaiha is one of Japan's oldest auspicious patterns, documented as far back as the Nara period (710–794 AD). The overlapping arcs represent the endless sea and carry a wish for calm, prosperity, and good fortune.
