Exclusive to The Japanese Shop and made in Japan, it can be used in an oven or directly onto a gas or electric (but not induction) hob! Nabe usually contains different ingredients that are served while the soup is still boiling and commonly enjoyed in the cold winter months! These days, nabe pots can be kept hot on the dining table by using a portable stove and the diners can choose the cooked ingredients they want from the pot. It is either eaten with the broth or with a dip and further ingredients can also be added to the pot. Dishwasher and microwave safe and suitable for home or restaurant use. Note: Please don't use for frying oil and don't heat when empty. Place onto a heatproof mat, take great care when removing the lid and only clean and wash when it has cooled!
