How to Make Shoyu Ramen
Step 1: Make the Broth
Simmer chicken stock with garlic and ginger for 25–30 minutes. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Strain to keep the broth clear.
Step 2: Prepare the Tare
Mix soy sauce, sake, and mirin. Warm gently.
Step 3: Cook the Noodles
