Ramen is a popular noodle soup dish in Japan and has taken the world by storm. This Ramen dish is based on a traditional Japanese Fukuoka ramen and features chicken and pork alongside ramen noodles. A brilliant, complete dinner dish.
Ingredients:
- 300g ramen noodles
- 80g spinach leaves
- 2 eggs
- 180g bamboo shoots (canned)
- 2 spring onions
- 4g nori
- 20g fresh ginger root
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- 100g cooked pork
- 100g cooked chicken breast
- 60ml kikkoman naturally brewed Soy sauce
- 18ml fish sauce
- 1L dashi (or clear broth)
- Pepper
