Traditional Japanese Ramen Recipe

Ramen is a popular noodle soup dish in Japan and has taken the world by storm. This Ramen dish is based on a traditional Japanese Fukuoka ramen and features chicken and pork alongside ramen noodles. A brilliant, complete dinner dish.

Ingredients:

  • 300g ramen noodles
  • 80g spinach leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • 180g bamboo shoots (canned)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4g nori
  • 20g fresh ginger root
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 100g cooked pork
  • 100g cooked chicken breast
  • 60ml kikkoman naturally brewed Soy sauce 
  • 18ml fish sauce
  • 1L dashi (or clear broth)
  • Pepper
